Exodyne, Inc., is presided over by Chairman Ralph A. Rockow. Mr. Rockow and the board set the direction of the corporation, and provide guidance to Exodyne's subsidiary companies.

Robert Swank serves as Exodyne's chief financial officer and ensures that Exodyne and its subsidiaries implement best business practices and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Both Mr. Rockow and Mr. Swank are located at corporate headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona.
